It’s Friday evening. Peak hour to be precise. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for a bus from City Road Camperdown/Darlington (Inner West of Sydney).
This seems to be a regular occurrence.
Fortunately today my son isn’t at after school care so I can’t be billed for being late (again).
Sydney transport has to improve. Developers are building huge multi-level apartments on the outskirts of the city, but no one is thinking about the congestion of the roads and improvements to public transport. Rumour had it we were suppose to get an underground rail system but that got scraped (which makes perfect sense).
It’s all about the dollar. The prices go up but the services get worse.
